When cloud platform provider Acquia was planning a new downtown Boston headquarters for their rapidly growing business, they engaged AV Helpdesk to design innovative audiovisual systems to complement their hip open-office concept.  

The new HQ offers all of the latest features in high-energy, collaborative space planning.  Sit-to-stand desks, open collaboration spaces, an indoor walking/scooter riding track around the building core, and a large open-air cafe with iced coffee and craft beer on tap are just some of the offerings.  

Technology highlights include a dramatic two-story Planar Mosaic video wall in the main lobby, a large number of plug-and-play meeting rooms, wireless laptop connectivity, state-of-the-art laser projectors, and a slick room scheduling platform powered by iPad minis running EventBoard.
