Boston developer Samuels & Associates announced in August plans to develop two buildings in the Fenway Triangle, a slice of land blocks away from Fenway Park. The first development, at 1325 Boylston Street, would house four stories of retail space topped with two eight-story towers, one residential and the other housing office space. A second building would house 150 residential units.

AV Helpdesk has been hired as the audiovisual consultant, and will oversee the design and implementation of all associated audiovisual systems and infrastructure.
